The T.S. Martin Neighborhood is the first phase
of the Celia Saxon HOPE VI Revitalization Project in Columbia,
South Carolina.
The site became available as part of a creative
land swap with the City Parks Department which allowed a much
larger community park to be placed in the heart of the Celia Saxon
Revitalization area. The T.S. Martin Park had leftover, unused
land which became the site for this 35 unit neighborhood. Four
floor plan models were utilized with a variety of elevation styles
and color schemes to create a vibrant, diverse new community.
