| Project Description: North Court
is a vibrant development in North Boulder that features 68 one-,
two-, and three-bedroom residences along with nine professional
studios.
Forty percent of the residences are deed-restricted to those
who meet the criteria for the City of Boulder’s Affordable
Housing Program.
The architectural design for North Court’s buildings draws
inspiration from the simple architectural precedents often found
on agricultural buildings. The project density is 29 du/net ac,
but still provides fenced yards, private patios, and generous
covered porches off the principal living area. Most residences
have their own private entrances.
Cathedral ceilings and character windows provide well-lit rooms,
some of which feature 9' and 12'-8" ceilings. Those details,
as well as form and color, help express individual identity for
the North Court residences.
