Description:
This 1.1-acre mixed-use block is located between
busy 38th Street and the historic Elitch Gardens Theater, and
is part of the 27-acre redevelopment of the former amusement park.
Six buildings, of two to three stories, are carefully arranged
around the perimeter of the block to create strong street edges
and conceal the interior parking court. Retail uses are placed
on the ground floor along 38th Street with office suites fronting
onto the quieter side streets. The upper floors are designed to
be flexible, allowing for office, residential, or live-work uses.
Small suites are provided, which can be combined together if desired.
The project is currently in design development.
