Description:
Wolff Lyon Architects designed and illustrated
the Master Plan for Golden Run, a proposed 330-acre mixed-use
development in Erie, Colorado. The Master Plan provides detailed
design requirements for three districts, each with its own distinct
building character and streetscapes:
The
Commercial Employment District represents a unique opportunity
for Erie to attract large corporate owners or tenants that can
help provide a significant employment base for the town.
The Mixed-Use
District provides the exciting opportunity of combining commercial
and residential uses within a traditional neighborhood pattern
of connected streets.
The Residential
District is defined by three residential zones allowing for
a variety of building types and lot sizes.
