The Rivercrest site is located just north of Hanover Town Center. This project will create a new Village Center in the Dresden Neighborhood, as well as provide high-quality housing for Dartmouth faculty and staff. A mix of building types are employed to ensure diversity in terms of household composition and neighborhood identity. The new Village Center will allow for appropriately scaled mixed-use buildings to create a memorable sense of place around two linked Village Greens.
