OVERLOOK NEIGHBORHOOD -
CARBONDALE, COLORADO
Wolff Lyon Architects developed a master plan
and created Design Guidelines and Standards for a new neighborhood
in Carbondale consisting of 200 residential units and 40,000 s.f.
of non-residential use. |

TRUCKEE
RAILYARD, TRUCKEE, CALIFORNIA
This project consisted of a building type
study for 330 units of variable density housing combined with up
to 75,000 s.f. of commercial uses to be employed in the redevelopment
of abandoned railyards in Truckee. |

The Sunrise Valley development plan proposes
to create two compact, mixed-use, mixed-density neighborhoods incorporating

the Master Plan for Golden Run, a proposed 330-acre
mixed-use development in Erie, Colorado. |

The Housing Authority of the City of Boulder
selected Wolff Lyon to design the plan for a 130-unit mixed building
type neighborhood adjacent to a new community park in North Boulder.

POPLAR COMMUNITY, BOULDER,
COLORADO
The Poplar Community consists of 14 owner-occupied
single-family homes which shape a small neighborhood around a central
commons, and is the first project to be sponsored and developed
by the Affordable Housing Alliance. |

Mill Haven represents a unique opportunity
for the Stegner Family, the Laporte Area Planning Advisory Committee,
and Larimer County to create a well-balanced and authentic community.

design to provide a counterpoint to traditional building-to-street
